The beans of Saccaria 1882 Robusto have a pleasant coffee colour: a medium "Full City" roasting. It is the coffee blend preferred by delicatessens and lovers of easy and intense coffee. It is a blend that does not disappoint those who prepare it and those who know how to appreciate it. It gives uniform and precise results on a large scale of preparations (Espresso, Ristretto, Lungo, Caffe crema, Hafer kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte macchiato) and extraction techniques (Moka, Classic Espresso Machine, Automatic Espresso Machine, American Coffee, French Press).

A great cream!

An important cream is expected from a 50/50 blend of Arabica and Robusta. Saccaria 1882 Robusto, in fact, does not disappoint. Free of acidity, it distinguishes itself by a strong body and an intense cream, very consistent and chocolatey. The bitterness of Robusta is a pleasant aftertaste.

In 1962 the production plant moved to Marina di Montemarciano (Marche) a few steps from the sea. Here, the mild iodine breezes of the Adriatic Sea accompany and blend with the scents and aromas of freshly roasted Saccaria coffee beans.

Saccaria selects the best qualities of Arabica and Robusta that grow between the two tropics and constantly follows the production chain from the coffee bean harvested on the plant to the cup of coffee at the bar or at home. The Saccaria roasting process is the result of tradition, constant research and use of innovative and efficient technologies. Nothing is left to chance: the coffee blends are expertly designed so that they can be made raw and then roasted. In this way Saccaria succeeds in exalting the perfect amalgamation of the aromas.
