Mokabar is a shining masterpiece by the ABC coffee roaster. The malt and honey notes of the Arabica from Brasil blend with the bitterer hints of cocoa from the indian and indonesian Robustas. The combination gives that soft body that so much distinguishes this exceptional Espresso blend so lovely appreciated in Rimini.
Mokabar is a true coffee for Espresso lovers. An Espresso that embraces the taster's senses in a hug of intense and persistent aromas. The cream is velvety and uniform with a beautiful intense hazel colour.
The roasting, traditionally and exclusively separated by coffee sort, is slow and at temperatures reaching 220 degrees Celsius. The precious beans are semi-dark in colour and wrapped by an intense and classic roast coffee scent. A blend that offers the best (and it is really a lot) of itself with a good Espresso machine.
We love, and often enjoy, the Cappuccinos prepared with Mokabar and a good fresh milk rich in proteins from the Bavarian Alps.
