In ABC Caffè Sublime, the Arabica beans from South America join the best African Robusta to offer an Italian Espresso with a soft and creamy body. 50% of Robusta sings but does not clash in the complex of this chorus of coffee voices well studied by the experienced roaster ABC caffè. The bitter aftertaste of the Espresso remains very pleasant and is well accompanied by notes of cocoa, with an intense and round body.
Sublime is the morning coffee. Tasted alone as Espresso or embraced with a creamy milk foam, it is the blend that gives the energy to start the day well, better if accompanied by the traditional Italian “cornetto” or simply a croissant.
