A very fine recipe specifically formulated for Baristas wanting to serve the finest creamy dark hot chocolate. Of course, the chocolate lovers may use the product to prepare it at home as creamy as the one you may find in a good Italian Bar and Cafè.
Preparation of a single dose dark hot chocolate cup
To obtain a delicious, creamy hot chocolate drink pour the content of a single pack (30g) in a bowl containing 125ml to 180ml of milk and mix cold for 30 seconds. Continuing mixing, bring the drink to a boil over low heat (or with steam jets) and serve. To obtain a greater density of the chocolate drink just prolong the boiling.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa powder (34%), maize starch, flavourings, salt.
