A perfect morning companion of a cappuccino
The classic Cantucci that we offer here are made by Forno Taccalite, a renowned family of artisan bakers who can look back on more than 150 years of experience. The recipe originally comes from Prato (Tuscany), and the pastry quickly became known and has become a tradition in all regions of central Italy.
The Cantucci from Taccalite have a traditionally elongated shape and a golden top. Inside there are splendid, roasted almonds with skin. These cantucci are neither too hard nor too sweet. They look wonderfully appetizing and every bite is an absolute pleasure. Cantucci Taccalite harmonizes wonderfully with an espresso or cappuccino.
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, butter, egg yolk, orange peels, raising agents: E336i, E500ii, E450i, sea salt, vanilla.
