The Foschi roasting, among oldest in Italy, was founded in Cesena (Romagna) in 1929. It moved to Pesaro (Marche) in 1950 and, there, built a wealth of experience and professionalism of absolute value in the sector.

For its bar quality espresso blends, Foschi chooses the most prestigious coffees from international markets and from exclusive and selected crops. The roasting is separated by single origin and allows a specific cooking perfected by about a century of experience. Only after roasting the mono-origin beans will be mixed in the different blends expresso bar quality Foschi.
