Preparation of a Foschi creamy hot chocolate cup
To obtain a delicious, creamy hot chocolate drink pour about two heaped tablespoons (25-28g) of the product in a bowl containing 120cc of milk and mix. While mixing, bring the drink to a boil over low heat (or with steam jets) and serve. To obtain a greater density of the chocolate drink just prolong the boiling.
The entire contents of the jar dissolved in about 4 litres of milk is enough for about 45 cups of excellent and creamy hot chocolate drink.
Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed cocoa (22%), potato starch, salt. Acidity regulator: potassium carbonate
