A tender and creamy companion!
In Mondial Rosso Crema, the Arabica beans from Brazil and Central America join the Indian Robusta to offer an Italian Espresso with a soft and creamy body. 60% of Robusta and dark roasting sing but do not clash in the complex of this chorus of coffee voices well studied by the roaster San Francesco. The bitter aftertaste of the Espresso remains very pleasant and is well accompanied by notes of cocoa, with an intense and round body.
A good morning begins after croissant and cappuccino
Rosso Crema is the morning coffee. Tasted alone as Espresso or embraced with a creamy milk foam, it is the blend that gives the energy to start the day well, better if accompanied by the traditional Italian “cornetto” or simply a croissant.
This blend is, in our opinion, one of the best of our selection to prepare cappuccinos at the highest levels and remains firmly at the top of the rankings in cappuccino tastings with the welcome guests of our coffee studio at the General Market of Munich.
